We can now offer all of our training courses remotely using Zoom Meetings.
These sessions remain interactive, engaging and fun - keeping the focus on creating a professional and positive training experience for the participants whilst delivering the agreed learning objectives. Our remote training typically involves a lively mix of group discussion, interactive presentation, small-group exercises, real-life case studies and stories, self-assessment, polls, and more.

An introductory-level session that examines the traditional approaches to negotiation and introduces the current methodology most favoured by professional negotiators. These are essential skills in every workplace, whether you're negotiating with colleagues, clients, suppliers or partners. As well as this fundamental understanding of negotiation theory, we provide a set of four 'power tools' that will significantly improve your bargaining power in any negotiation.
Negotiation - further skills
Building on the introductory session, this workshop explore tried-and-tested strategies for dealing with tough people and challenging negotiations. The session also looks at the key principles of persuasion and the latest thinking on how we can build trust and empathy for a more effective outcome.
Negotiation - team exercises
We have developed a wide range of engaging team exercises, based on real events. We can help you to select an exercise that will match the needs of your team - or we can work with you to adapt or create a new exercise if needed. These scenarios allow participants to practise negotiation in a safe, fun, risk-free environment. After the role-play exercise, we examine and discuss the outcome: what was agreed, what went well, and what could be improved.
Remote negotiations in a rewired world
The global pandemic has forced almost all of us to change the way we think, interact and negotiate. It has accelerated the inevitable move towards more on-line communications: but this has brought with it new challenges, as well as some real benefits. This interactive workshop takes an in-depth look at the specific issues around negotiating remotely. We will discover some practical tools and ideas that could help to overcome the intrinsic difficulties of reaching a mutually beneficial agreement when you're not able to talk face-to-face.
